Features and Benefits Morrison Quick Seal is an engineered blend of fibrous and flaky material. Uses: SLURRY MINING AND DRILLING Shuts off leak paths in granular or gravelly soil or at interfaces which require to be sealed. PIPE JACKING AND SHAFT SINKING Helps to ensure a coherent annulus for lubrication Creates a slick lubricating layer between the annulus and the ground Helps to prevent loss of lubricant when underpinning TUNNELLING SHAFT ENTRY/EXIT SEAL ENHANCEMENT - call for advice How to Use Recommended concentration: 5 to 50 kg per cubic metre of fluid | Compatible with all water based slurry formulations. Preparation: Add gradually to existing slurry system. Note: If required, adjust the base fluid with MX Polymer addition to provide the correct gel strength to maintain uniform distribution of FibrouSeal ingredients within the slurry. For caisson and jacking lubricant, mix normal formulation of bentonite, bentonite/TK60, or MX polymer, then add FibrouSeal with maximum agitation. Can be used in conjunction with SLOOP polymer. Special Projects Consult Morrison Mud for detailed advice on formulation for your project. Special blends and formulations can be custom produced to suit unusual requirements.
